Kelly started in Commercial Property Management in 1998 with Nicholson Properties, Inc. She remained with the company following a merger in 1999, joining the team of Coldwell Banker Commercial. Kelly quickly became the Chief Financial Officer and Qualifying Broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark, a full service Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm with offices in Jacksonville and Daytona Beach, Florida. She is currently the CFO and Qualifying Broker of SVN First Coast Commercial Real Estate Specialists. With her strong financial background, excellent communication skills, and experience in all facets of commercial property management, Kelly helps facilitate outstanding owner and tenant relations through Benchmark Asset Services, LLC.
